reading block....book slump....story strikeout

I am on a mission to read 100 books in a year
*hopefully more*
(we'll see)
but I am striking out on my book choices
my most recent reads weren't exactly bad....
(Mindy Kaling wrote the last good book I've read)
but the stories haven't captured me


you know the feeling when you finish a great book 
and you ache just a little...
I really want to feel that way about a book right about now


any suggestions?
