What I'm Reading: The Hunger Games Trilogy
(via) ***Warning*** if you don't have any extra spare time *for this book series* to totally entrap you I wouldn't go pick it up until you do because... from the moment I opened the cover on this book It was glued to my fingers I didn't so much read this book -I devoured it- along with the second and third book in the series The Hunger Games Catching Fire & MockingJay By Suzanne Collins (via) ***Warning*** *these books are violent- surprisingly so since they are technically young adult novels* |

poem love: Mary Oliver
(Via) |
the uses of sorrow
(in my sleep i dreamed this poem)
someone i loved once gave me
a box full of darkness.
it took me years to understand
that this, too, was a gift.

the art of words- Jane Austen style
(for sale here*) I really would like to see this poster hanging in my sewing crafty room I love that it contains the entire story of Pride and Prejudice by Jane Austen Whenever I want to read something and I've already read everything lying around the house I reach for my copies of Pride and Prejudice or Sense and Sensibility I find that every time I re-read them I understand them better and relate to the leading ladies better I read them first in high school and may have been a bit young to understand all the intricacies of the relationships it's amazing how you can relate to a story published in 1813 and the old style of writing is not hard to follow at all It might be time to re read all the classics from my high school english classes *** |
